kudaemas Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use kudaemas and how we keep that data protected. We gather personal information when you open an account—name, date of birth, email, phone number, government ID—and transactional data as you deposit, wager, and withdraw. We also log your device details, IP address, and gameplay patterns to detect fraud, comply with anti-money-laundering rules, and improve our platform. Our commitment is to encrypt your information, store it securely, share it only with trusted processors and authorities where required by law, and let you access or request deletion of your data whenever possible.

We process data on servers located in multiple jurisdictions; some of those locations may fall outside Indonesia. When you use kudaemas, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred across borders for processing, backup, and service delivery. We maintain the same security standards everywhere your data travels. Your personal information is never sold to third parties for marketing. It is used only to verify your identity, process your payments (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment), settle your bets, respond to disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Our services are available only where local law permits. Users are responsible for verifying that access and use comply with their own jurisdiction's law.

What data we collect on kudaemas

When you create an account, we require: full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and physical address. During KYC verification, we request a copy of your government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, rental agreement, or bank statement). We collect this information to verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations across Indonesia and other supported jurisdictions.

As you use kudaemas, we collect and log: wager history (game type, stake amount, outcome, timestamp), deposit and withdrawal transactions (amount, payment method, settlement status), account logins (date, time, device, IP address), device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution), and cookies or similar tracking technologies. We also monitor patterns that might indicate fraud—for example, rapid account creation and large withdrawals, unusual device or location changes, or betting patterns inconsistent with typical player behavior. This data helps us maintain platform security and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Data from payment processors

When you deposit or withdraw via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), those payment processors send us transaction confirmations and, in some cases, your payment method details (last four digits, expiration date if applicable). We store this information to reconcile transactions, detect fraud, and allow you to select a payment method for future transactions without re-entering details. We do not store full credit card numbers or full bank account numbers; payment processors handle that sensitive data and send us only what we need to process your request.

Payment processors may share additional data with us for compliance and risk assessment—for example, they may flag a transaction as high-risk if the payment method or source country has been associated with fraud. We review these flags and may request additional verification from you (such as a video ID check or additional identity documents) before allowing the transaction to proceed.

We use cookies (small files stored on your device) to remember your login session, store your language preference, and track your activity on our site for analytics. Session cookies expire when you close your browser; persistent cookies may remain for weeks or months. We use these to understand how players navigate our platform, which games are most popular (e.g., Liga 1 betting during football season, slot games like Aviator or Sweet Bonanza), and where improvements are needed. This data is aggregated and anonymized—we don't identify you personally in our analytics reports.

Third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics) may place their own cookies on your device when you visit kudaemas. These services help us measure traffic, track player journeys, and optimize our interface. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may limit your ability to access certain features on our platform. If you disable cookies, you may need to re-enter your login credentials each time you visit.

Note: We do not use cookies to track you across third-party websites. Our tracking is limited to our own domain (kudaemas.id) and its subdomains.

During major events—Liga 1 season, Piala AFF, Champions League, or Idul Fitri / Idul Adha holidays—our system may increase monitoring of account activity to detect unusual patterns that might indicate account takeover or fraud. This monitoring is automated and does not involve manual review of your personal details unless a flag is raised.

We retain your personal information (name, ID, address) for the duration of your account, plus 7 years after closure to comply with financial and tax regulations. Transaction history (deposits, withdrawals, bets, settlements) is retained for at least 7 years for regulatory and dispute-resolution purposes. If you request account closure, we cease active use of your personal data but keep records as required by law. After the retention period expires, we delete or securely destroy the data.
